All-Level: This class introduces the principles and basics of yoga. It is taught with verbal instructions and demonstrations of poses with clear steps for entry into and exit out of poses with awareness, care, and focus. The class works with individuals with little to no experience in Yoga, at the same time helping deepen the practice for those with experience. In these classes we practice seated and standing poses, twists, balances, and preparatory forward folds and backward bends.

Restorative: This is a healing practice using supportive props to relax and open the body through passive extension. This deeply relaxing practice includes traditional hatha yoga poses and other relaxing poses. Poses are held for longer durations with little movement, allowing the body to relax, release and restore. This practice is suitable for all levels.
