Meditation is an ancient practice prevalent amongst many cultures through centuries. Today there are many scientific studies to show the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits of meditation.

We offer guided meditation classes and a FREE meditation sit each Full Moon night from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Full moon meditation is open to all; you can come in anytime between 7:30 and 8:30 pm, stay for as long as you like, leave anytime. No membership required.
